Harcourts Move
Published on: 1 Apr, 2021
A a year ago the country was in lockdown and we were tracking virus numbers not just in Australia but globally.
A year later and as at the end of the first quarter 2021, we have seen the fastest rate of growth in the property market since October 1988. The question is how long the growth period will last before regulators step in.Nearly two-thirds of Australia’s population have never experienced an economic slump in their working lives.

In this podcast, Tim Lawless from CoreLogic and I discuss the sustainability of this market.
