Dax is a passionate and driven property consultant who has more than 25 years of property experience, having commenced in the industry in 1994 as a residential real estate salesperson. The majority of his career has been spent specialising in residential development sites and projects on the Gold Coast and greater SEQ area, the last 10 years of which at a company director level. Dax has a specialist understanding of feasibility analysis and providing consulting advice to developers on all scales of residential, mixed-use and integrated resort developments. During this time he has developed strong relationships with key private and institutional groups at a local, national and international level.
Dax has now joined the team at Harcourts Coastal Commercial and is focused on delivering outstanding real estate sales results in all manner of property types, specifically involved with subdivision sites and broadacre land, high-medium density unit sales and land estates, townhouse sites and redevelopment sites within the greater Gold Coast and northern NSW’s region.
