Kelly Johnson always knew she was going to work in real estate. Since her first job, aged 15, undertaking work experience at her local agency, she has always wanted to remain in the real estate industry.
Kelly was hooked from the beginning on the buzz and excitement of working in real estate. She seized the opportunity to complete a Diploma in Property Management at TAFE and quickly became a fully qualified Residential Property Manager.
Being determined, motivated and eager, Kelly took charge of her own portfolio and built up not only an enviable list of clients but also a reputation for being the best in the business.
Kelly’s considerable success in property management comes down to three simple principles: listening to her clients; communicating regularly and openly; and being supremely organised. To Kelly, good customer service is paramount. Quite simply, she will always do what she says she’s going to do when she says she’s going to do it! Becoming a mum Kelly didn't want to give up her love of Real Estate and has found working within Property Management as a Business Development officer allows her to merge her love for real estate while also being a mum to her daughter Penny.
