Sam's real estate career began in 2003 and Belinda joined Sam in 2014 to create this dynamic team.
Belinda and Sam's philosophy is simple – deliver beyond expectation, every time. Their focus is on developing and maintaining close working relationships with their many clients and friends. Their aim is to ensure the experience of buying and selling property is as stress free, simple and pleasurable as possible. Their no-nonsense, 'present all of the facts all of the time', personalities sees Belinda and Sam comfortable in every situation, equally at ease representing both buyers and sellers - a package that is particularly important in today's marketplace.
Belinda and Sam are part of the award-winning Harcourts gold team - their impeccable reputation for delivering superior marketing and support networks is of huge benefit to Belinda and Sam and to their clients. They are consistently in the top 20 of Harcourts gold every year and top 30 of Harcourts Canterbury. Belinda achieved Rising Star of gold and Rookie of Canterbury in her first year.
Besides their passion for real estate Belinda and Sam manage a busy family of 6 children. Belinda and Sam have perfected their time management skills and the old adage “if you want something done, give it to a busy person to do” exemplifies this dynamic team.
