Stuart Pescini is a company consultant to Team Manawatu Realty Limited. Until 2020 a business owner of Harcourts Team Group Realty for 22 years with Eliot Falconer. Together since 1998 they have grown this business to be Harcourts second largest franchise in NZ and Internationally. Engaging 200 sales people and support staff this operation of 12 offices spread from Manawatu through Horowhenua, Kapiti and Wellington.
Stuart has been in real estate since 1986 and with Harcourts since 1991. He has vast experience across the disciplines of residential, commercial and rural real estate. He is adept at managing and developing highly effective teams and now concentrates on the Manawatu operation in Palmerston North and Feilding. Team Manawatu was acquired in 2009 with a team of 18 which has grown to 50 and is a significant real estate business in the region.
Stuart has also made a significant contribution to the Horowhenua District and has literally helped shape the landscape of Levin through opportunities pursued which have benefited the district. As one of Horowhenua’s most significant business leaders and contributors to the region, Stuart was inducted into the Business Kapiti Horowhenua Hall of Fame at the 2020 Awards.
