Prior to her career in real estate, Yvenna was an entrepreneur, successfully establishing several retail gift and food outlets, and building an extensive network of social and business contacts in Hamilton’s Kiwi and Chinese communities. Originally from Shanghai, Yvenna moved to Hamilton to study a Bachelor of Management Studies at Waikato University and soon fell in love with NZ, moving here permanently. Yvenna considers the love and support of her husband and children a crucial balance to her active real estate lifestyle.
Waikato-local Craig also earned his degree at Waikato University, completing a Bachelor of Communication Studies majoring in marketing and human resource management. His intimate local knowledge of Hamilton’s suburbs, communities, homes and people mean Craig is always up-to-play with the market. Craig contributes a large part of his success to his strongest skill: his ability to connect with a wide range of people.
