Richard first joined us in 2004 as a sales consultant in our Queenstown office. He quickly developed a reputation for delivering outstanding service and an honest, friendly and professional approach to helping his clients achieve the best possible success.
Remarkably, he placed in the Top 100 consultants in Harcourts New Zealand and the Top 20 for the South Island every single year from 2004-2015. On top of that, he was the No.1 Queenstown consultant for three of those years - and No.2 for the other nine. It's fair to say his outstanding record proves his commitment and professionalism to delivering for his clients.
He has developed a strong Auction skill set, and has been an Auctioneer for the Highland Group since 2005. He assists with the development of Auctioneers, and Auction marketing across the group, and leads a Dunedin team who are skilled at delivering this method of sale to their clients.
Outside of real estate Richard is a keen and talented musician who enjoys playing live blues and soul music. He also likes spending a bit of time on the golf course when time allows. In all aspects of his life - whether it's real estate, family time or personal pursuits - Richard's approach is one of optimal positivity and integrity.
